Blacks are very good for a TN panel and I am in love with 120hz.The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment / installation. Again next day air and this one is PERFECT! No backlight bleed, screen is beautiful and best of all brand new (checked in the service menu and 0 hours on time). I give them a call and after a talk with the supervisor they agree to send me a brand new XL2410T. Again another refurb unit and the backlight bleeding was not as bad but still there and on this one the bezel was damaged pretty bad.Īt this point I am pretty upset. A call to BenQ and I have another out the next day. Bad backlight bleed all over and scuffed up bezel as well. They shipped it next day and I hook it up. I asked about a XL2410T or even a new XL2420T (hoped for the latter) and they agreed to send me a refurb XL2410T. They tell me that I can pick from a few others as replacements, all of which were theyre VA panels which I would not try for gaming either. So I give them a call and explain that this will not do. It was horrible! Slow response time, ugly colors just plain bad for a gaming monitor. Since there were no replacement parts for it they sent me a G2420HDBL as a replacement. It was just under its 3 year warranty and already RMA'ed once. I sent my well aged G2400WD in for RMA because of vertical banding. Well I just wanted to share my recent RMA experience from BenQ since it turned out very well.
